Help
Step 1: Register
Registration is free and simple. Just key your details into the "new customer" section on the sign in page. Please ensure to insert your correct details and then select "Register".
If you are VAT registered please ensure that your details are in the correct VAT country specific code.
Step 2: Find items
Simply click on the 'Purchase Online' tab and search for the required filter in the categories provided. To look at the filter specification click on the picture or the 'more information' link.
Step 3: Selecting Items to Basket
Once the required filter has been found please enter the amount you wish to order in the box shown on the right hand side and then select the calculate button. This shows the total price excluding VAT and delivery charge.
When you are happy with the amount of boxes you would like to order select add to basket. These Items have now been added to you shopping basket and you can continue shopping using the same process.
Step 4: Ordering process
As soon as you have added the last item to your basket, select the 'View Basket' and "Go to Check Out" buttons and Sign in, if you are not already.
You will then be given the choice to enter a different delivery address, if this is different to the invoice address. Your next step is to proceed to the Summary page.
The Summary page shows the two addresses and allows you to edit your current order. It also shows the total cost, shipping cost and the VAT (if applicable). If you would like to see/check your order please click on 'View Basket' and you have the option to edit the order there.
Once you are happy with all the details on the Summary and you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions, click on the 'Place Order' button.
If you wish to change your order in any way please click on "view basket" in the top right of the screen. If you wish to change or remove any products from your basket simply change the quantity to in the appropriate field by decreasing or increasing the amount to order. Alternatively to cancel a product, enter the value to 0. Once happy with the new order amount go to 'Checkout' to proceed to the next stage.
Step 5: Payment methods
The acceptable payment methods are Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and Maestro.
Simply fill in the payment form with your correct details and follow the on screen instructions.
Step 6: Confirmation of the order
You will receive two emails confirming your order of and payment for the filters.
